Adding a domain to Google Workspace is usually straightforward—until it isn’t. Recently, we ran into a frustrating issue where our domain couldn’t be added because it was “already linked”  to another Google Workspace account. This blog walks through what happened, what we tried, and how we eventually resolved it. The Problem While attempting to add our domain to Google Workspace, we encountered the error: “This domain is already in use with another Google Workspace account.”
